Our policy requires full payment at the time of service. Before receiving treatment at our office, financial arrangements must be settled in advance. Our practice relies on patients covering the costs of their care, and each patient’s financial responsibility must be confirmed before treatment begins.
For emergency dental services or any dental treatments without prior financial arrangements, full payment is required at the time of service. This can be done by cash or credit card, unless other arrangements have been made beforehand.
If you have dental insurance, we will file your claim electronically as a courtesy. However, with thousands of insurance companies and different plans, it’s not possible for us to know the specifics of each plan. We will do our best to estimate your portion, but it is your responsibility to inform us of your current dental policy and any changes in coverage. Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company, and we, Eurodental Studio, are not part of that contract. Therefore, all dental services are billed directly to you, and you are responsible for payment, regardless of what your insurance covers. If you cannot provide proof of insurance, payment in full is expected at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
Payment is required at the time of treatment, and to assist you, we accept cash, checks, Care Credit, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. If you need to set up a payment plan, please let us know before scheduling your appointment so that we can make suitable arrangements. We also encourage pre-payment or a layaway plan for your dental treatment, and financing may be available through Care Credit.
Personal checks are accepted with proper identification, such as a driver’s license or photo ID. However, a $30 overdraft fee will be charged for each returned check. A 1.5% monthly service charge (18% per year) will apply to any balance that remains unpaid after 60 days, unless prior financial arrangements are in place. If your account remains unpaid after 90 days, it may be turned over to a collection agency, and you will be responsible for any collection costs in addition to your balance for dental services.
Please note that any fee estimates for dental treatment are valid for 90 days from the date the treatment plan is proposed.
We are pleased to accept the CareCredit healthcare credit card, which allows you to say "Yes" to recommended dental procedures such as crowns, oral surgery, or even a general checkup, with convenient monthly payments that fit your financial situation.
CareCredit is a credit card that helps you pay for treatments and procedures for you or your family that may not be covered by insurance. With special financing options,* you can use your CareCredit card repeatedly for your dental needs, as well as at thousands of other healthcare providers, including optometrists, veterinarians, ophthalmologists, and hearing specialists.
